In some countries, importing the diamonds may result in customs duties at the buyer & expense. In any case, we try to minimize customs fees for the customer.

We do not offer gift vouchers. But there is definitely the opportunity to give away the diamonds you have purchased as gemstones or to process them into exclusive pieces of jewelry and then give them away.

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to check the quality of the diamonds. If you are not satisfied with the diamonds you purchased, you can send them back to the sender. It should be noted that when sending the item back, the associated QR codes or passwords are also included and must still be unopened. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price for the 4 diamonds to the account number or Paypal address you have already provided.

You will receive a voucher code when purchasing the diamond from the seller. With this voucher code you can go to the sales department on our website to make the necessary payments for a new order.
